New Tyranid and Space Wolf models
Looks like a German White Dwarf magazine, but we have a tyrannofex/tervigon kit, winged hive tyrant, and fenrisian wolves.

League scores week 5
12: Simon Butler.
10. Aven Taylor.
9: Joel Tate.
8: Jon Quinn.
6: Luke Townsend, Mark Thomas and Benjo Gray.
4: Dan Durham, Matt Gibson, Mark Allen and Brian White.
3: Ian Turner, Mike Parker, and Richard Curr.
1: Colin Goodman.
0: Adam Townsend.
Four games played this past week and four shock scores too.
Mark T played Matt and while I expected Matt's IG tank force to muller his necrons, somehow he pulled it out of the bag and scored a victory. Consider Mark T has not had the best luck with his necron force so far I am surprised.
Due to an error on my part Matt ended up with a second game, not that it makes any difference really, and played against Aven's Dark Eldar as well. Considering that Aven had spent an hour on the phone to me earlier that day concerned that he was going to get plastered by that tank line, I was surprised that he won.
Brian's GK army battled Jon's Ultramarines last night and that was quite a cool game to watch. Despite Brian not having anything other than his dreadknights to take out Jon's tanks he fought well. From the start I was expecting Jon to win this game but at the end it came down as a draw. It's still points for both so that's good.
Likewise I was wrong with the game between Simon's GK and Mark A's Tau. Before the game started I had figured that the GK would do really well but every time I looked back at their table another GK unit had vanished. Simon fought bravely but the Tau managed to grind him down an secure a victory.

An update
Well, my Forge Fathers arrived from Mantic a couple weeks ago and I have to say that I love the models. There's no room for converting at least not easily but I don't mind. I've got ten of the twenty built and I finally build the White Dwarf promo mini as well, but so far lack of time and worse, a lack of desire has prevented me painting any of them. I think part of it is also that I desperately want to know whether Demiurg are in the new Tau book or not, and depending which rumours you follow the book may or may not be out in a few months. The lack of info has halted my desire to do anything with them.
I am also in the process of trying to get the flat rearranged so I have a dedicated games room again. Once I do then I think I'll be in a happier frame of mind to sit down and do some painting whether it be my Salamanders or my Squats.
Another reason for getting the games room done is because for a while now I have had the desire to build a fixed games table for 40K. I know some folks out there don't like the idea of a fixed table but it's something I want to do and do well. I was influenced by the following vid on youtube:

Rather than a factorum complex I want to do a burnt out city block. If you've seen photos of the ruins of Stalingrad during the second world war you'll have an idea of the look that I want to go for. It's going to take me some time to organise and arrange but hopefully once I can start I'll post details on here.

Small rant
Everyone has a bad game now and then. We all suffer from shit dice rolls or missions that don't fully work for us, and any number of other issues. With that we all get the occasional grumble but I cannot stand bad losers. Especially when it comes from players who are vastly overconfident or just don't use the table set up to their advantage. Unfortunately we had this issue tonight at the club and it has bugged me all evening. There just isn't a need for it.

Jon has temporarily been knocked from his top spot but I expect him to climb back up. Benjo, Danny and Brian have all done far better than I expected them to thus far. Good for them.
